Tamales By the Dozen
During the Fall and Winter we really ramp up the tamale production, to meet demand. We make the standard Hot, Medium and Mild Pork Tamales, but we also make many specialty Tamales during the colder months. Following Facebook or Instagram will keep you up to date on what’s new. For example: we might make a batch of Green Chili and Cheese Tamales or Turkey Tamales.
All our tamale by the dozen must be pre-ordered (usually 1 day. Some morning orders can be delivered same day.) We like to get them to you while they are still fresh from the pot. Sometimes we ask you to stop by the food trailer to pick them up. If we are not out with the trailer we will meet you to deliver them, in Loveland, Colorado.
Our Tamales are produced in our Legal, Licensed and Insured Commercial Kitchen. They are currently $26.00/doz. 970-619-1948
BENEFITS OF PARCHMENT HOJAS
Health & Cleanliness: As with traditional husks there is no dirt, mold, staining or pesticides to worry about. The manufacturing is audited and kosher certified.
Environmental: Organic wood pulp is sustainable and these hojas are Forestry Certified and Certified Compostable.
Carbon Reduction: There is no destruction of virgin tropical forest for conversion to corn fields in Mexico. There is no fertilizer used, and no depletion of marginal water supplies.
Equity: There is no exploitation of peasant workers, no child labor, no slave labor, no cartel ownership and the parchment is manufactured by union labor.
In 2020 we were unable to get the type of high-quality husks that we had been using, due to crop failure and a labor shortage. Finding these Parchment replacements was the happy result.

CATERING
We can work with you to build the perfect buffet for your needs.
TACO BAR, COMBO BAR, TAMALE BAR
$12 per person (10 person minimum) 24 hour’s notice, more for parties over 50 people.
We deliver the food within 10 miles of downtown Loveland. Additional charge for longer distances. Larger orders will be in pans ready for the steam tables that you provide. If you need steam tables, plates or utensils they will be quoted separate.
TACO BAR: Seasoned Chicken, Seasoned Ground Beef, Spanish Rice, Refried Beans, Cheese, Mild Salsa, Hot Salsa, Pico De Gallo and Lettuce.
COMBO BAR: To the above Taco Bar add Tamales for $26 a dozen. You can also add Pork Green Chili for $10 a pint or $20 a quart.
TAMALE BAR: Hot, Medium or Mild Pork Tamales, Medium Turkey Tamales or Hatch Green Chilis with Cheese Tamales. The Tamale Bar comes with Rice, Beans, and Pork Green Chili.
CHIPS AND SALSA: Add chips and Hot or Mild Salsa for $2/ person.

MONSTER BURRITO PACK, DELIVERED
We deliver within 10 miles of downtown Loveland. Additional charge for longer distance.
BREAKFAST BURRITOS: $7/ each (Minimum 20) Breakfast Burritos have Potato, Eggs and Cheese. Choose from Chorizo, Sausage, Bacon, Ham, Seasoned Ground Beef or Meat-less. You can add Refried Beans or sauteed bell peppers and onions. Max. 4 variations
LUNCH BURRITOS: $9/ each (Minimum 15) Seasoned Ground Beef, Seasoned Chicken, Refried Beans, Spanish Rice, Cheese, Lettuce and Tomato.
Add Hot Salsa, Mild Salsa, Pico de Gallo or Sour Cream, no charge.
Add Pork Green Chili $10 a pint, $20 a quart.
